Downtown Skyport marks new beginning for Manhattan heliport

On April 3, 2025, Downtown Skyport LLC, a joint venture between Skyports Infrastructure and Groupe ADP, unveiled the new “Downtown Skyport” at the heliport facility formerly known as Downtown Manhattan Heliport. In partnership with the New York City Economic Development Corporation (NCYEDC), Downtown Skyport marked this historic day with the unveiling of a new sign and which included remarks from the Skyports CEO Duncan Walker, Deputy Mayor Adolfo Carrión, Jr., NYCEDC President Andrew Kimball, City Council Majority Leader Amanda Farías and DutchX CEO and Co-Founder Marcus Hoed.
